Delivery Areas
We deliver across Bangladesh. Express delivery is available in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and other major cities. For other areas, standard delivery applies.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Bangladesh. You can also pay via bKash, Nagad, or credit/debit card at checkout.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags must still be attached
- Returns must be initiated within the eligible return window
- Items purchased on sale may be eligible for exchange or store credit only
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@nixlook.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Timeline
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For bKash and Nagad payments, refunds are processed directly to your account.
