If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. NixLook is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return Policy as outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
